Shakti created this school with the teacher who was part of her own transformational healing journey - Yogi Kaivalyananda. In the school of TSR you get access to not only Shaktis lectures and sessions, but also take part in valuable information when it comes to understanding this multidimensional experience of life through Kaivalyananda´s teachings. 

Together they created the school of TSR because they believe that the greatest way to have a transformation is when working with ALL aspects of life, which is why the school contains of 6 different modalities; the physical, the mental, the emotional, the spiritual, the energetic and… the self-image modality. We can´t outperform our self-image, which is why this got it´s own modality: we don´t get in life what we WANT, but based on who we ARE. 

Life is a mirror to YOU and we are multi level beings and must be treated this way. This is why we are working from a multidimensional approach; getting stronger physically doesn't give you a deep personal transformation within, being aware doesn't change your paradigm if we don't also change the belief system. Healing is not only about the wound, but also who you want to become. In each modality you will experience unique content that, when put together, brings you full-circle in your life.
